Our in-house acquisitions team ensures a transparent, efficient, and win/win sales process. While we have great relationships with brokers, we recognize that sellers would rather pay a 0% sales commission than give up 6%.

He studied Business & Finance at Northwest University and lives in Washington with his wife, Gina, and their three grade school sons. Greg is known for his attention to detail, drive for excellence, and confident charm. He enjoys golfing, seeking sun in Scottsdale, & coaching his boys’ sports teams.

Chrissy Robinson is the Co-Founder of C&E Real Estate. Chrissy specializes in business operations and property management. She is skilled at asset streamlining, running numbers, and creating systems. She has always had the heart of an investor, purchasing her first rental property at 20 years old. She is known for her persistence and self discipline. She is a repeat guest on the Bigger Pockets podcast. Chrissy lives in Washington and loves to travel, has summited Mt. Adams, and considers herself a minimalist at heart.

Born and raised in Pasco, Washington and have continued to reside in the Tri-Cities area. I have worked a total of 13 years in property management primarily as a leasing consultant. I have always enjoyed this role in property management as it provides me with the opportunity to help others in need. In my free time I enjoy spending quality time with my husband & kids, taking walks, going to sporting events, and visiting with friends & family.

Born and raised in western Idaho, Steve migrated to the Tri-Cities 43 years ago. The last 33 years Steve
has enjoyed working in a senior living community. Steve has been blessed with 3 children in his
marriage. During his off time, he loves to hunt, fish, and spend time with his two German shepherds. His favorite quote is, “Negativity is like a flat tire, you go nowhere without fixing it.”
